Does the AI send mail without me?+
No. Nothing leaves your mailbox without you. Every reply is a draft and every action is a suggestion, waiting for your approval — you read it, adjust a word if you want, and send it yourself.
Which mailbox does it read?+
Your club address — connected from Gmail, Microsoft 365 or plain IMAP, or forwarded to a Membrero address. Member data stays in Membrero; the AI reads the thread and the record, and nothing is used to train a shared model.
Can you migrate us off our current software?+
Yes — that is the normal way clubs arrive. Send an export or a spreadsheet and we map members, subscriptions, outstanding balances and consents. You review the import before it goes live, and your old tool stays running until you say so.
What hardware do we need for QR check-in?+
Any phone or tablet with a camera. Mount an old tablet at the door for self-scan, or have a teacher scan the group at the start of class. Dedicated scanners and turnstiles are supported if you already own them.
Do we have to use the built-in website?+
No. Keep your site and embed the schedule and sign-up forms, or let Membrero generate the whole thing. Either way the content comes from your live data.
Where is member data stored?+
On EU servers, under GDPR, with consent and retention handled per member and a full export available at any time. Minors carry a guardian record and a signed waiver trail.
When does the smartphone app arrive?+
It is in closed beta with launch clubs. Until it ships, the student portal works as an installable web app on iOS and Android — pass included.
